Participants are personally responsible for their hotel reservations. INISTA 2010 organizers do not take any responsibility regarding hotel reservations of INISTA 2010 participants.

• Hilton Kayseri Hotel is the symposium venue and the official accommodation hotel of INISTA 2010. A Hotel Reservation Form must be submitted for each separate room reservation.
• Hilton Kayseri Hotel offers the following special rates for INISTA 2010 participants:
  • Single Room: 93 EURO (including breakfast and VAT (KDV)).
  • Double Room: 113 EURO (including breakfast and VAT (KDV)).
• Children younger than 6 years old stay free of charge with their parents.
• These special rates are valid for reservations made before 21 May 2010. Normal hotel rates will apply after this date.
• The reservation may be modified or cancelled without any charge before 21 May 2010. No cancellations will be allowed after 21 May 2010. Changes to the reservation after 21 May 2010 may or may not be possible depending on the number of available rooms reserved for INISTA 2010.
