Due to numerous requests by INISTA 2010 authors, who were unable to complete/submit their camera-ready papers and registration forms by 30 April 2010, INISTA 2010 registration deadline has been extended to 07 May 2010 Friday.

IMPORTANT: Please do not complete the registration_form in the next page before you have completely read and understood the registration information given in this page.

• Any person who would like to attend INISTA 2010 must register for the symposium by submitting an appropriately completed registration form. A separate registration form must be submitted for each person attending.
• In order for an accepted paper to be included in the symposium technical program and the proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the symposium by 30 April 2010 Friday.
• There are two different participant registration categories. These are Regular and Student. Both registration categories cover admission to all plenary and technical symposium sessions, symposium kit, symposium coffee breaks and lunches, and admission to social program activities in the first 3 days of the symposium (21-23 June 2010). A separate Social Program Ticket must be purchased for the activities in the last day of the symposium (24 June 2010).
• The Student registration category is valid only for student participants who are continuing their education at the time of registration. All other participants must register under Regular category.
• Participants registering under Student category are required to send an official document (student ID, etc.) indicating their student status together with their registration form.
• Those who are not an author of an accepted INISTA 2010 paper but wish to attend the symposium must register for the symposium by submitting a registration form without a paper ID, and pay the Regular or Student registration fee depending on their status.
• The Accompanying Person registration is for people who will socially accompany a participant during the symposium. The Accompanying Person registration fee is mainly intended for family members accompanying participants during the symposium and covers admission to coffee breaks, lunches and social program activities in the first 3 days of the symposium (21-23 June 2010). It does not cover admission to plenary and technical symposium sessions and symposium kit. A separate Social Program Ticket must be purchased for the activities in the last day of the symposium (24 June 2010).
• INISTA 2010 authors having more than 2 papers must indicate this on their registration form and pay the corresponding Extra Papers fee for each additional paper starting from the third paper.
• INISTA 2010 authors having paper(s) with more than 5 pages must indicate this on their registration form and pay the corresponding Extra Pages fee.
• It must be noted that different fees are applied for registrations before and after 30 April 2010. INISTA 2010 participants are strongly recommended to complete their registration by 30 April 2010 to benefit from reduced early registration rates and guarantee their places in the social program.
• Payments are to be made by credit card or bank transfer. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
• Bank transfers can be made in EURO or TL currency. For TL payments, please use the daily official rate of Turkish Republic Central Bank, which you may find at http://www.tcmb.gov.tr.
• Payments are non-refundable.
